what a month

i missed club aarow in nashville for pride unfortunatelt due to several reasons the main one being 6 days of horrible kidney stones which today is finally the first day i feel good thank god thats over knock on wood.
and last week i got a very disturbing packet from an attorney
i did a rent to own contract with 2 year right to purchase on the home im living in and it appears the guy i did the contract through hasnt payed the mortgage in 2 years and i got a foreclosure letter in the mail.
so now im in the process of moving all my stuff into a storage unit and heading up to rockford for about 3-6 months until a find a new home
so i had my attorney contact the guy i did the contract with and he has agreed to apy me the downpayment, the escrow the unused prepaid funds for the future rent i payed and for the 97k in repairs and renovations i invested.
so we will see if he can make an effort to reimburse me if not it will be yet another lawsuit which i will have to spend money on which he will just file chapter 7 and ill be out more money, but in reality he would probably end up in prison for fraud and several other charges.
i dont think he did this intentionally but i need to cover my ass here and recoup what i can and move on.
shit happens i guess and it goes to show you how shitty people can be in this world.
on a good note i will be spinning in california tommore at glas kat in san francisco which im excited about
and i am in the process of rescheduling nashville for a future date so i can make up that show.
other thn that life is ok for now i ahve been really busy on alot of projects and taking a minute to look back on my life and figure out which direction i want to go on a few things.

    it does suck but you are right man i could find something better and at a better priceespecially with the market collapse out here this was just the worst possible timing for all this to happen, and in all honesty im pretty depressed about the whole thing i put so much work into this place it isnt even funny but no crying over spilled milk
    its life and i guess it could be worse.
    as long as i can still breathe and im on this earth i can achieve anything i want

    Re: kidney Stones : try and install a misting shower head that u can sit under and cry. Them fuckers really hurt and the mistyness and light yogo poses under the water can really help the mind bending pain fly by.

Get a really small space to live and buy a bunch of expensive audio tools and toys with the income you save you'd be surprised how quickly you have an income from something that was a hobby and something you thought was nothing more than a day off playing around. First you get the music den you get the power then you get de women and then you charge them to dance and sit and count hundred dollar bills all day... and never have to work ever again.

  6. I actually emailed you the other day when i first saw this...

    but, it does suck re the circumstances surrounding your house and the like...i hope that attorney is a good guy and just made some serious mistakes...

    but, that only means that you can spend the next 3-6 months finding a CHEAPER and probably even BETTER mansion in Illinois...or maybe this is a sign that its time for you and the missus to leave Illinois in general and move somewhere else..I don't know.

    Kidney Stones: no joke those are painful, yes take care of yourself and A Scott is right--the method he described to deal with kidney stones is actually one that I know of that people use...minus or plus the crying of course...
